This is my first challenge as a juicer and it begins with a wonderful woman on Facebook, Juicing with Julie!!

 
SHOPPING LIST – 5 Days (For 1 Person)

Kale – 32 Large Leaves (only lasts a couple of days in fridge, plan accordingly)
Cucumbers –  9
Celery – 3 Large Heads (or 28 Sticks)
Green Apples – 12 
Red Apples – 4
Lemons – 7
Ginger – fresh root 10″
Beets – 7
Carrots – 44 Large 
Oranges – 8
Spinach – 4 to 8 Handfuls
Tomatoes – 8
Parsley – 1 Bunch
Pineapple – 2
Grapefruits – 4
Zucchini – 2
Green Pepper – 4
Orange Pepper – 2
Cranberries – 2/3 Cup (fresh)
Mint Leaves – 6 to 8 Leaves
Pink Himalayan Salt
Olive Oil
*Do not use parsley if pregnant or have kidney inflammation.
*Always consult with a physician before beginning any type of diet plan.
